Introducing the PURE5™ 10L HTE Aerosol Extraction System — a state-of-the-art solution designed for safe, efficient, and solventless botanical extraction. This compact yet powerful system leverages R134a aerosol technology to preserve full-spectrum plant profiles while maintaining low operational temperatures and pressures.
Crafted from food-grade 304 stainless steel, the dual 10L extraction vessels are optimized for 2–4 pounds of dry plant material, offering superior yield quality without extracting undesired compounds like chlorophyll or waxes.
The system operates fully automatically via a PLC touchscreen, with user-programmable pressure, temperature, and timing controls. Safety is prioritized with Pt100 sensors, spring-loaded pressure relief valves, and real-time pressure monitoring.
It includes a horizontal solvent receiver (max 32 kg content), a jacketed separator vessel, and an integrated refrigeration unit using eco-friendly R134a. The cooling and heating range spans from -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 158°F), ensuring flexibility for various extraction profiles.
