The PURE5™ 5L THC Remediation Reactor is a next-generation, fully automated processing unit specifically designed to remediate Delta-9 THC from botanical extracts while preserving the integrity of minor cannabinoids and terpenes. Built with pharmaceutical precision and engineered for consistency, this reactor offers a reliable solution for hemp processors needing to meet compliant THC levels (below 0.3%) in full-spectrum oil formulations.
Constructed with food-grade 304 stainless steel and polished to GMP-compliant standards, the 10-liter vessel (with 5L working capacity) ensures thermal uniformity via a 6.6-liter integrated water jacket. Heating is powered by a high-efficiency 1400W heater, delivering stable temperature control up to 125°C (257°F). Pt100 sensors ensure accurate thermal readings throughout the process.
This reactor does not rely on pressurization or solvents — instead, it utilizes programmed thermal degradation profiles and carefully controlled airflow dynamics (via integrated compressed air) to selectively break down THC while preserving desired cannabinoids like CBD, CBG, and CBN. The process is fully programmable via a touchscreen PLC interface, which includes three built-in operational modes for different extract compositions.
The result? Consistent, compliant oils that retain their terpene profiles and functional therapeutic properties — ideal for tinctures, vapes, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical-grade formulations.
