FYI the car was built in 1949 as ATLANTIC COAST LINE 10 roomette/6 double bedroom sleeper DUVAL COUNTY
and later SEABOARD COAST LINE #6337 with the same name.

There are a total of 16 rooms, 1 additional bathroom,
a seat and storage area not in a room, and 2 storage closets with shelving only.
The breakdown of the rooms are as follows:
6 rooms that have bunk beds and a bathroom. These have a divider in the middle of each set of 2 rooms, so they could be combined into 3 larger rooms.
The remaining 10 rooms have a single seat, bed and toilet.
The only water or electric is the original which was on the train car.
We do not know if it is working or completely intact or usable.
