HB506 Silver Double Horsebox Trailer
The HB506 Silver Double Horsebox is a well-engineered, stylish horse trailer designed to safely transport two horses up to 16.2hh. Combining strength, safety and modern design, the HB506 offers a more automotive, refined appearance while retaining the durability required for regular equestrian use.
Built around a concealed aluminium frame consisting of six vertical pillars in each corner, the HB506 gains additional rigidity from horizontal aluminium extrusions running the full length of the trailer. This construction creates large, uninterrupted side panels, resulting in a clean, contemporary finish that sets it apart from more agricultural-style trailers.
The trailer features a brushed aluminium frame with a lowered aluminium skirt running around the front of the chassis. The sides and ramps are constructed using composite aluminium and plywood panels, offering excellent strength, reduced weight and long-term resistance to rot.
For comfort and usability, the HB506 is fitted with two side windows and a large front inspection window, allowing plenty of natural light into the interior. Centre partitioning, along with breast and breeching bars, are fitted as standard, making this double horsebox ideal for transporting two horses safely and comfortably.
Practical features include gas strut assisted ramps, a lockable grooms door, right-hand side unload ramp, and a rear-mounted spare wheel. Safety is further enhanced with a breast bar release system, quick-release door catches, and TER security marking and registration.
