Horn contact plate and mounting hardware to horn bezel included. Designed specifically for use with Unites Pacific 3-bolt steering wheels. Install instructions available through United Pacific as digital download.  ***Warning*** 2014+ Peterbilt & Kenworth equipped with steering angle sensor & stability control require special installation.
